I love espresso and I am a big fruit smoothie drinker too. It only seemed natural to me that combining the two would be delicious, so when I saw this recipe from KRUPS, I knew I had to try it. Well, I'm happy to report, hubby and I made them last weekend and oh my geeeee....they were delicious! We will definitely be making them again. Hubby enjoyed his just like the recipe which is included below but after I made mine...I topped it with some yummy whipped cream. In addition, I stirred just a tad of ground cinnamon into mine during the blending process too. YUMMY GOOD!

This espresso smoothie sounds delicious. I like the idea of adding cinnamon. As a change I might use almond extract instead of maple syrup to cut down on the sugar.
