I love making and drinking homemade smoothies. We probably make them here in our home 4-5 times a week. To keep things interesting we are always mixing up the ingredients and trying out new recipes. Today's guest post recipe is courtesy of Carrington Farms. Looks delicious!!!
1 banana
5 or 6 strawberries, preferably frozen or 1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup orange juice more or less, depending on how thick or thin you want it
3 tablespoons Carrington Farms Coconut Oil - liquefied
3 tablespoons organic whole milk vanilla yogurt
3 ice cubes
Blend everything together in blender and serve immediately.

The combination of the fruits with coconut oil would taste delicious. I love the idea of a healthier smoothie drink I could make for breakfast or a snack.
