We love a variety of seafood here in our home and every week we make at least one seafood dish for dinner. Today I am sharing with all of you our favorite steamed shrimp recipe which happens to be by the great folks over at Old Bay. You will need to purchase their Old Bay Seasoning for Seafood, Poultry, Salads and Meats which you can find at your local grocery store.
Old Bay Steamed Shrimp Recipe
2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 lb. shrimp, in shells
In a large saucepan or stock pot, combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add in the shrimp, stir gently, cover and steam until shrimp are tender. This will take 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and drain the water away. Place shrimp in a bowl and refrigerate to chill them. Remove shells before eating.
