1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 cans of favorite Chilli
Shredded Cheddar, chopped Scallions and Sour cream for garnish
